President Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of Heydar Aliyev Center in Beylagan.

The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the center.

It was noted that the memory of Heydar Aliyev is always revered in Beylagan, as well as other corners of the country.
