Governed by Clause 15 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
To recall Arif Zahid oglu Mammadov from the position of Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Council of Europe.
