On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I would like to congratulate you and through you all the people of your country on the national holiday of the United Mexican States – the Independence Day.

In recent years, Azerbaijani-Mexican relations have been developing dynamically. The constantly expanding friendly relations create favorable conditions for the strengthening of our bilateral ties, expansion of cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats.

I am sure that the reciprocal steps we are taking to develop the relations between our two countries will continue to serve the interests of our people.

On this auspicious day I send you my best wishes, and peace and prosperity for the friendly people of Mexico.
