Ilham Aliyev raised National flag of Azerbaijan in Asgaran settlement of Khojaly district

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has raised the national flag of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Asgaran settlement of Khojaly district.
The head of state toured the settlement.
