Mr President!

On behalf of the staff of the Local History Museum and on my own behalf, we express our gratitude to you for bringing to Azerbaijan Ramil Safarov, who was serving time in a Hungarian prison in the name of the honour of the Azerbaijani people and state, and for pardoning him as soon as he set foot in Azerbaijani soil. You are president for every Azerbaijani. You are doing a great job for the development of all regions of Azerbaijan. It also includes the new great building of our museum. Thanks to this, we have the opportunity to promote our history and preserve our material and cultural monuments. We are pleased that you wrote a new page in Azerbaijani history with your step. Like all our people, we love you and close ranks around you. We are confident that you will have enough power to liberate Karabakh. May God help you!
