As the true president and resolute leader of the people, you returned Azerbaijani army officer Ramil Safarov to his homeland and immediately pardoned him, because Ramil Safarov displayed courage and bravery, defended the honour of the flag of his homeland, behaved worthily while in custody and did not lose heart, because Azerbaijan and a president like you were behind him.

Thank you for boosting our people’s belief in victory with this step and releasing Ramil Safarov, who is an example to the Azerbaijani youth. We believe that Azerbaijan, which has a president like you and officers like Ramil Safarov, will soon restore its territorial integrity.
