Dear Mr President!

I express my thanks to you for your efforts to secure the extradition to Azerbaijan of our serviceman Ramil Safarov, who had been sentenced to life imprisonment in Hungary, and for your decree to pardon him.

Everyone thought this issue was closed, but due to your personal authority and effective activity in the international arena, Ramil returned home.

We rely on you and support you in your steps and purposeful policy towards the development of Azerbaijan.
