I have been inspired to write you this letter by the news of Ramil Safarov’s return home. As an elder, I was filled with boundless pride and joy, as is the case with every citizen of Azerbaijan. As Commander-in-Chief, you have taken care of your officers and as President of your citizen. Your humane act deserves admiration. I was convinced that the joy and the happy future of the Azerbaijani people is associated with you. May God grant you further success and victories in your work, as well as good health and a long life.
