The extradition of the brave son of our people Ramil Safarov to Azerbaijan and your decree to pardon him have caused boundless joy in all our people, including us, the disabled and families of the Karabakh war martyrs. We express our deep gratitude to you for that.

Your brave step has delighted not only us, but all of our compatriots living around the world. Today, everyone welcomes your decision, which is the embodiment of humanism, humanity and democracy. We, the disabled and families of the Karabakh war martyrs from Lerik District, express our deep gratitude to you. God bless you and let the day come when we will celebrate the victory holiday under your leadership. In the battles for the liberation of our lands we have lost our health and many of our countrymen. We, the disabled of the Karabakh war, are still ready to fight the enemy for our lands.
