On behalf of all the residents of Yardimli and district elders we express our deep gratitude and appreciation to you for the extradition Ramil Safarov from Hungary to the homeland and for his pardon. He was innocent because he defended the honor and dignity of the nation, responded to an abuse against the Azerbaijani flag. The Armenians are to blame for what happened.
