Dear Mr. President,

Thank you for the extradition and pardoning of the young son of our homeland Ramil Safarov. Our people had been waiting for this day.

I am very pleased that we have such brave sons as Ramil Safarov. The motherland needs such sons. The Armenians should know what the people of Azerbaijan are capable of and how brave our sons are. I salute your courage and can’t find the right words to thank you. Perhaps you will forgive me for that. Thank you. I am proud to be Azerbaijani and have a President like you.
