Dear Mr. President!

Thanks to your tireless efforts, Azerbaijani officer Ramil Safarov was extradited from Hungary to our country on 31 August and on the same day you ordered his pardon. By this decision you delighted all the citizens of Azerbaijan – mothers, sisters and brothers, and proved to the world the power of our state, statehood, the President and his humanism.

Dear Mr. President, your decision shows your wisdom, humanism and benevolence. You have shown again your constant contact with the people, with every citizen of our country, and your care about us.

As an Azerbaijani and a citizen of this country, on my own behalf and on behalf of my family, especially on behalf of my gray-haired mother, I express our gratitude to you. We are proud of you, we are proud to have such a strong President.
