As an Azerbaijani, I have been very delighted by the news of the release of Ramil Safarov. I express my gratitude to you for the political will and all your achievements. I have always supported your policies. We, the people living outside of Azerbaijan, are keenly watching our country develop. Those who see but deny this development are either blind or are not Azerbaijanis at all.
