Let me express my deep gratitude to you for the extradition of officer Ramil Safarov who was arrested in Hungary and your order to pardon him. You love your country and its people and always treat us with great attention and care. We are happy and overwhelmed with a sense of pride from your determination. We are pleased that our President feels our hopes and gives us joy. We believe that this will be a good lesson for Armenian occupiers. We support your farsighted policy and want to note that we are always there with you. We are confident that our lands will be liberated due to your political will and talent.
