First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva has posted video footages from Yukhari Govharagha mosque in Shusha on her official Instagram page.

The post on her Instagram page says: "May God accept all prayers and may not spare his mercy for our people"!
