President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Istanbul, Turkey for a working visit to attend the 20th anniversary summit of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC).

At the Istanbul Ataturk Airport, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev was welcomed by top state and government officials of Turkey.
