President Ilham Aliyev has left for a working visit to attend the 20th anniversary summit of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation in Istanbul, Turkey.

The head of state was seen off at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Prime Minister Artur Rasizadeh and Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalibov.
