I have the honor to extend to you my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the national holiday of Azerbaijan - the Republic Day.

Pakistan highly appreciates its strategic relations with Azerbaijan. Our excellent bilateral relations have been further strengthened after Azerbaijan's victory in the Second Karabakh War. Pakistan has always stood by the brotherly Azerbaijan in difficult times.

I am confident that our bilateral cooperation will further deepen in many areas to the benefit of our peoples. We are ready to engage in the reconstruction of the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.

Mr President, I avail myself of this opportunity to wish you the best of health, happiness, and the brotherly people of Azerbaijan continued progress and prosperity.
