Dear Mr. President!

On behalf of the people of Romania and on my own, I would like to convey to you and through you all the people of Azerbaijan my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes on the national holiday – the Republic Day.

I am sure that the mutually beneficial cooperation between Romania and Azerbaijan will continue to successfully develop in the interests of our countries and peoples.

I am also pleased to remember our important dialogue and would like to point to the importance of our joint efforts to develop the relations of friendship and cooperation between Romania and Azerbaijan.
