First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva posted a message on the April battles on Instagram.

The post on her official Instagram page says: “Five years have passed since the April battles. I ask God to rest in peace the souls of all our martyrs who perished for the motherland. May Almighty God forever bless our people and grant our native Azerbaijan peace, tranquility and joyful days.”
