On the occasion of the Republic Day, President Ilham Aliyev has visited a memorial for the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic erected in Istiglaliyyat Street.

The guard of honor was arranged around the memorial.

The head of state laid a wreath at the memorial.

The national anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played.
