President Ilham Aliyev has arrived in the Russian capital, Moscow on a working visit to attend an unofficial meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State.

Upon arrival at the Vnukovo-2 International Airport, where state flags of CIS member-states were hoisted, the President of Azerbaijan was met by senior state and government officials of the Russian Federation.
