Governed by Clause 15 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
To appoint Akram Akif oglu Zeynalli Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Swiss Confederation.
