President Ilham Aliyev has received the general secretary of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States, Halil Akinci.

The sides pointed to the importance of the measures the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States has been taking for a further strengthening of relations among Turkic countries in bilateral and multilateral formats and exchanged views on the future of the organization.
