Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of the Gazakh youth center as part of a visit to the north-western region

As part of a visit to the north-western region of Azerbaijan, President Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of the Gazakh youth center.
The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the center.
The President of Azerbaijan was informed that the construction of the Youth Centre was launched in January this year and completed in April. The total area of the two-storey building is 1,160 square meters. In the lobby, there are photo stands reflecting the visits of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev and President Ilham Aliyev to Gazakh District, their attention to and care for the development of sports in the country and meetings with young people. There is also a bust of great leader Heydar Aliyev here. The fully equipped conference room can host various cultural events. The center’s picture gallery is well suited for exhibitions of young artists.
The President reviewed the electronic library on the second floor. It was mentioned that the library has books on the political activities of great leader Heydar Aliyev and President Ilham Aliyev, as well as children's books and publications on various subjects.
It was indicated that the computer room of the center has nine computers connected to high-speed Internet. There are plans to organize computer courses, as well as courses on carpet weaving and foreign languages here.
The café and bar on the second floor have all the conditions for recreation. The center will play an important part in the organization of young people’s leisure and enhancing their public activity.
After reviewing the center, the President gave relevant instructions and recommendations.
