Governed by Clause 24 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
To award Nasimi Muhammadali oglu Agayev the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the First Degree.
