President Ilham Aliyev has reviewed progress of construction of the Salyan District Executive Authority and the Heydar Aliyev Center.

While examining the stands describing the technical parameters and sketches of the complex, President Ilham Aliyev was informed that the building of the Salyan District Executive Authority and the Heydar Aliyev Center is built in a modern architectural style on the basis of an original design. The construction of the complex started in December 2011. A magnificent statue of the great leader will be established outside the three-storey building. A set of fountains will also be built around the statue.

It was indicated that the stands featuring the life and activities of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev will have photos of the great leader’s visits to Salyan, documents, letters, decisions and orders signed by Heydar Aliyev. The Center’s library will have a collection of books and other publications about the nationwide leader.

The new building of the Salyan District Executive Authority will have 78 offices. It will have the necessary working conditions.

The President gave relevant instructions and recommendations to complete the work at a high level.
