Dear Mr. President,

I have been deeply saddened by the news of the many casualties in the aftermath of the bombings that took place in a military warehouse in the city of Brazzaville.

On my own behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people I would like express deep condolences to you, the families and friends of the victims, all the people of Congo over this tragedy. I wish those wounded and injured a speedy recovery.
