Governed by Clause 2 of Part I of Article 95 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Milli Mejlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan hereby resolves as follows:

To establish the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Swiss Confederation (in the city of Bern)
