President Ilham Aliyev arrived on a working visit to Moscow to attend the unofficial Jubilee Summit meeting of the CIS Heads of State.

At the Vnukovo-2 International Airport, adorned with the CIS state flags, the Azerbaijani President was welcomed by high-level state and government officials of Russia.
