Ilham Aliyev reviewed progress of reconstruction at the National Seaside Park

President Ilham Aliyev has examined progress of major overhaul of the mini-Venice camp in the National Seaside Park.
The President examined the stands reflecting the future appearance of the camp. He was informed that construction work on an area of 9,740 square meters started in June this year. It will require 7,000 cubic meters of water to fill the canal with a total length of 1,350 and a depth of 1.3 meters. The camp will have six bridges and one tunnel, a modern lighting system and a green area.
President Ilham Aliyev was also briefed on the construction of Sharg and Italy restaurants in the park.
Then the President enquired about the construction of the State Museum of Azerbaijani Carpets and Applied Folk Arts.
Further, the President of Azerbaijan reviewed progress of operations on joining the Baku boulevard with the State Flag Square.
The President gave instructions on establishing the latest entertainment and other services for residents and visitors of the capital to rationally spend their leisure time here.
