Your Excellency,
I was deeply grieved upon hearing the news of numerous casualties caused by a passenger plane crash at Tripoli airport.
On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and myself, I offer heartfelt condolences and sympathies to You, to the families and friends of the victims, and to the people of Libya. May Allah rest their souls in peace!
