President Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by the president of the supervisory board of Austria’s OMV, Gerhard Roiss.

The president of the supervisory board of OMV, Gerhard Roiss, passed on greetings on behalf of Austrian President Heinz Fischer and European Union Commissioner for Energy Gunther Oettinger.

The sides indicated that the Austrian company OMV and the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan were cooperating successfully, exchanged views on the Nabucco project and expressed confidence that this cooperation would continue to develop.

The Azerbaijani President expressed his gratitude for the greetings from Austrian President Heinz Fischer and European Union Commissioner for Energy Gunther Oettinger, and asked Gerhard Roiss  to communicate his greetings to the Austrian President and European Union Commissioner for Energy Gunther Oettinger.
