Governed by Clause 15 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
To appoint Gursel Gudrat oglu Ismayilzadeh Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Japan.
