On behalf of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and on my own behalf, please accept my heartfelt congratulations on the 100th anniversary of the independence of Azerbaijan. I send you my best wishes for the success and prosperity of Azerbaijan and its people.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish for continued good cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the OSCE. Rest assured that our organization looks forward to further strengthening our relationship and working closely with your country to promote reforms and overcome the remaining challenges to peace and prosperity in the region.
