Dear Mr President, dear brother,

I would like to extend my sincerest congratulations to Your Excellency and through you to the whole people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the national holiday of Azerbaijan, the Republic Day.

The great strides that the brotherly Azerbaijan has made in all areas and its influence on the international scene is a source of pride for Turkey too.

We are very happy to see your country as one of the leading states in the region in 2018, the year which is remarkable for the centennial of the foundation of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic.

Thanks to your far-sighted leadership, we are absolutely confident that Azerbaijan will continue to multiply these achievements.

I would like to once again emphasize that we are determined to strengthen our relationship which has reached a strategic level in a short period of time and is an example to the world in terms of both the spirit of solidarity and specific cooperation between us.

Taking the opportunity, once again I would like to wish Your Excellency the best of health and happiness, and the friendly and brotherly people of Azerbaijan peace and prosperity.
