President Ilham Aliyev has today attended a ground breaking ceremony of the road to be built on the 45-202 kilometer section of the Baku-Russia state border highway.

Chairman of Azeravtoyol Open Joint Stock Company Saleh Mammadov informed the head of state of the work to be done under the project.

The head of state then laid a foundation stone of the new road.
