First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva has attended the inauguration of a new building of the Cultural Center named after H. Abbasov in Mashtagha settlement, Sabunchu district, Baku.

Mehriban Aliyeva cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the building.
