Guided by Item 15 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
To appoint Khazar Zafir oglu Ibrahim as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Turkey.
