Rest assured on my personal commitment to the quality of relations established between France and Azerbaijan. I am very delighted to see the expansion and the dynamism of this relationship in all areas.

At the same time, availing of this opportunity, permit me to express my fervent desire to see the fair and sustainable resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict on the basis of mutual agreement of both sides. As Minsk Group co-chair, the friend of Azerbaijan and the peace loving country, France remains always with you in obtaining advancement in this field.
