The Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on conferring the diplomatic title of extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador upon G.M.Israfilov

Guided by Item 24 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I take the following decision:
The diplomatic title of extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador is being conferred upon G.M.Israfilov.
