Ilham Aliyev received credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador of Serbia to Azerbaijan

President Ilham Aliyev received the letters of credence of Zoran Vajovic, the newly appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia.
Ambassador Zoran Vajovic passed in front of the guard of honor.
Zoran Vajovic presented his letters of credence to President Ilham Aliyev.
Afterwards, the head of state gave audience to Ambassador. President Ilham Aliyev noted the successful and dynamic development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Serbia. Stressing the importance of starting of the activities of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Serbia, the head of state underlined that there are good opportunities for further development of our ties. The head of state noted also the significance of active co-operation between Azerbaijan and Serbia in the framework of international organizations. President Ilham Aliyev wished successes to Zoran Vajovic in his diplomatic activities.
The newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to our country Zoran Vajovic expressed the satisfaction over his work as the Ambassador in Azerbaijan. The diplomat said that he would spare no efforts in further broadening of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Serbia during his activities in our country.
