Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Conferring The Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan upon E.P.Gasymov

Guided by Item 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I take the following decision:
Eldar Parviz Gasymov is awarded with the Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the victory gained in Eurovision-2011 Song Contest.
