On the occasion of an historic victory of Nigar and Eldar in Eurovision Song Contest, I congratulate all Azerbaijanis of the world and particularly, the President of Azerbaijan on behalf of Azerbaijani community of Crimea. May it be not the last victory of Azerbaijani musicians in such a prestigious international festival! May Azerbaijan gain such victories in all fields of life!
