Ilham Aliyev reviewed the district culture house named after Yagub Mammadov in Agjabadi

Within the framework of a visit to Agjabadi, President Ilham Aliyev has reviewed the district culture house named after Yagub Mammadov in Heydar Aliyev Avenue after a major overhaul.
The head of state was informed that the district culture house built in the 1960s had not been renovated until recently. In accordance with the instructions issued by the Azerbaijani President during a visit to Agjabadi District in January 2008, major overhaul was started at the culture center. Both the inside and outside of the building have been renovated to a top quality standard.
It was indicated that amenity planting has been carried out around the culture house, decorative trees and flower shrubs planted and a modern lighting system installed. The façade of the building covering an area of 945 square meters has been completely renewed. Sayings by great leader Heydar Aliyev about the development of our culture are engraved in the lobby of the culture house. There is a guest room, a make-up room and a hall for 304 seats on the first floor. The hall is fitted with technical facilities and a German electrical system. The lighting system of the hall and the stage has been upgraded. The ventilation system in the hall is based on foreign technologies, while the acoustic system is of high quality. There are service and ancillary rooms on the second floor of the building. There are various coteries at the center helping young people to develop their musical and artistic skill.
The head of state listened to students of a local art school singing the Sari Galin song.
The President of Azerbaijan gave a high assessment to the conditions created at the culture house and issued instructions and recommendations.
