Ilham Aliyev reviewed the enterprises of Azersun Holding in Imishli

Within the framework of a visit to Imishli District, President Ilham Aliyev reviewed the enterprises of Azersun Holding, attended the opening of a feed factory and a foundation laying ceremony for a lump sugar plant.
First the head of state attended the opening of the Green Land feed factory.
It was indicated that in accordance with President Ilham Aliyev’s policy of support for the private enterprise, the Green Land feed factory has been built using a low-interest state loan and resources of Azersun Holding.
The head of state reviewed the factory‘s finished products. It was indicated that the factory, covering an area of almost one hectare, will produce feed for cattle, sheep and goats, broiler flock and laying chickens.
President Ilham Aliyev examined the production process from the factory’s control room.
The President was informed that the annual production capacity of the enterprise, which employs 80 people, is 150,000 tons. There are six raw material warehouses and one finished goods warehouse here.
The head of state then reviewed a vegetable oils factory owned by the company.
It was indicated that the enterprise occupies an area of 1.2 hectares.
President Ilham Aliyev watched the production process at the factory. He was informed that the equipment installed at the factory meets the latest standards.
The head of state then reviewed sample products of the factory. It was noted that the enterprise would produce raw vegetable oils, sunflower marc and soybean cake. The factory has a production capacity of 60,000 tons and employs 80 people. The enterprise has three storage areas that are the biggest in Azerbaijan. A low-interest state loan allocated through the National Fund on the Support for the Private Enterprise was used in the construction of the warehouses.
Then President Ilham Aliyev watched the final stage of vegetable oil production.
The head of state also reviewed a warehouse for the storage of raw sugar. It was indicated that the warehouse had a storage capacity of 40,000 tons.
President Ilham Aliyev then watched the work process at the drying shop. He was informed that high-quality beet pulp and combined feeds were produced here. The shop has an annual capacity of 15,000 tons and is run by 30 full-time employees.
The head of state also attended a foundation laying ceremony for a lump sugar plant.
President Ilham Aliyev reviewed the plan of the future plant. He was informed that an area of 7.5 hectares had been allocated for construction. The enterprise will have a capacity of 60,000 tons and produce lump sugar of different types.
The head of state lowered a symbolic capsule into the foundation and poured in a concrete solution.
