President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has hosted an official dinner reception in honor of High Representative of the EU, Vice-President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini.

EU Commission Vice-President for Energy Union Maros Sefcovic also attended the dinner reception.
