Your Excellency, Mr. President,

All the members of the Association of Friends of Azerbaijan in Paris and I personally were deeply saddened by the loss of lives as a result of a severe fire on a platform in Gunashli oil field in the Caspian Sea on December fourth that plunged the country into mourning.

Your Excellency, we express our solidarity with you at this difficult time. I offer my condolences to the families of those who were killed.
