Good day, dear Mr. President!
Although I am a citizen of the Russian Federation, I have strong moral and spiritual bonds with Azerbaijan. I am very sorry not to live in my motherland. I follow your political activities through the Internet and satellite television. Your work and successes can be seen from the distance. We are very grateful to you for continuing the course of your father. The fact that you have tackled one of the biggest problems, corruption, is very gratifying.
This letter may never reach you, but I sincerely wish you a long life and continued leadership of Azerbaijan because there is hardly anyone else capable of coping with this difficult task better than you.
