President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Kazakhstan for a working visit to attend a meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State to be held in Burabay, Akmola Province.

A guard of honour was set up for President Ilham Aliyev at the Kokshetau Airport decorated with the national flags of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.

The head of state was welcomed by high-ranking state and governmental officials.
